Quality Veritas Inc., is a Management Consulting company. We provide Management Consulting and Training Services in :
- the area of Management Systems, including Environmental and Risk Management,
- Quality Control Systems
- Software Architecture
Design, Development, Inplementation and Assessment.
We provide the best solutions since 2005.
We have used Demings cycle(Plan Do Check Act) in identification of our scope.
So first of all in most of our projects the process is started by Assessment.
At this stage we dive into the depth of project scope and try to identify Clients problem and root causes to suggest offers.
As a result of Assessment we Design the concept of the project intended outcome with detailed deliverables and project plans, including Management of Changes during the project and project risk management.
Development is the stage of defining processes, development of procedures, policies, process flows, trainings and on site preparation of documented information.
The next step is Implementation of activities defined in Design.

Code of Ethics
1. We provide services to our clients with integrity, competence and objectivity.
2. We keep client information and records of client engagements confidential and use proprietary client information only with the client's permission.
3. We never take advantage of confidential client information for ourselves or our company.
4. We never allow conflict of interests, where one client gains a competitive advantage through our use of confidential information of another client.
1. We accept only engagements for which we are qualified for and have competence and experience.
2. We always assign staff to client engagements in accordance with our staff’s expertise, knowledge and experience.
3. We acknowledge immediately any influences on our objectivity to our clients and will offer to withdraw from a consulting engagement should our objectivity or integrity be impaired.
1. We agree fees independently and in advance, on the basis of expenses that are reasonable, legitimate and commensurate with the services we deliver and the responsibilities we accept.
2. We disclose to our clients in advance any fees or commissions that we will receive for equipment, supplies or services we recommend to our clients.
1. We do respect the intellectual property rights of our clients, other consulting companies and sole practitioners, and never use proprietary information or methodologies without permission.
2. We never advertise our services in a deceptive manner and never misrepresent the consulting profession, consulting companies or sole practitioners.
3. We report immediately violations of this Code of Ethics.
